Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We offer shipping via Royal Mail. Rates are as follows:
- Royal Mail Tracked 48 - £2.95
- Royal Mail Tracked 24 - £3.55
All orders over £30 will receive free Royal Mail 48 shipping.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order hasn’t arrived after the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@cubepacker.com, and we’ll be happy to investigate.
