Our Lifetime Warranty covers manufacturing faults in materials and workmanship for the expected life of your product. If a fault occurs due to these reasons, we’ll repair or replace your item, free of charge.

What’s Covered:

• Defects in materials

• Faults in workmanship

What’s Not Covered:

• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or accidents

• Cosmetic wear and tear from normal use

• Third-party modifications or repairs

• Improper care or storage

How to Make a Claim:

To start a warranty claim, simply contact our customer care team with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the fault. If eligible, we’ll either repair the item or send you a replacement. If the original product is no longer available, we’ll offer the closest equivalent.

Important Notes:

• This warranty is valid only for purchases made directly from us or from authorised UK retailers.

• The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

• Proof of purchase is required for all claims.

• Our warranty covers manufacturing faults only and does not cover refunds beyond our standard returns period of 30 days
