Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver across the UK. For international delivery options, please contact our customer care team.
How long does delivery take?
Standard UK delivery typically takes 3–5 working days. You'll receive a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.
Do you offer express delivery?
Yes, express shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard UK delivery is free on orders over £50. Orders below this threshold will incur a small shipping fee, which is displayed at checkout.
How do you ship your products?
We’re committed to reducing plastic use wherever possible. Your products will be shipped in strong brown paper envelopes or sturdy cardboard boxes. All packaging is designed to be recyclable or reusable, helping to reduce environmental impact.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
Returns
Can I return my order?
Yes, we offer 30-day returns on all full-price items. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
How do I return an item?
To request a return, simply log in to your account page and follow the steps under your order history. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.
Are returns free?
Returns are at the customer’s own cost, unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommended using a tracked service when returning an item.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days back to the original method of payment.
Warranty
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes! All of our products are backed by a Lifetime Warranty for UK customers, covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. More information can be found on our Warranty page.
How do I make a warranty claim?
Email our customer care team with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos. If eligible, we’ll repair or replace your item free of charge.
